Priměry:
- Poni běži po lūku s ovьcami.
- Maly poni igraje s detmi, a stara krava paset se na travi.

English:
In most European languages the word pony is used for a young horse. In Slavic languages the word is also understandable, but in Polish there is a special case, where the word kucyk is used instead. This shows how even in closely related languages everyday words may differ.
Examples:
- The pony runs in the meadow with the sheep.
- The small pony plays with children, while the old cow grazes on grass.
- The sheep and goats stand in the pen, and the pony sleeps near the horse
